| Advance registration is required for all classes, workshops and field trips. We recommend registering early to ensure a place in the desired class. Please use a separate form for each person. You may register: | ||

¨ By phone — call (413) 298-3926 Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please have your credit card handy. ¨ By fax — fax your registration form to us at (413) 298-4897. Be sure to include your credit card information and signature on the registration. ¨ By mail — mail your registration form and check (payable to Berkshire Botanical Garden) to BBG, PO Box 826, Stockbridge MA 01262. ¨ In person — stop by our office in the Visitor Center Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Confirmations: We do not routinely send written confirmation of program registrations. If you would like to confirm your registration, please call us.
Cancellations: If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or weather, we will refund your full registration fee. We will try to contact you in advance using the number you provide on the registration form. Cancellations will be announced on our answering machine — call (413) 298-3926.
Withdrawals: To withdraw your registration for a class, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make your space available to others. If you give us at least 7 days notice before the class, we will gladly refund your fee less a $5 administrative charge. Please note: we cannot offer refunds for withdrawals less than 7 days before a class.
New and renewing members: If your membership is current, or if you enclose a new or renewed member-ship with your registration, you are entitled to the member discount rate for program fees. Memberships start at $40 for individual, $60 for family. For details, call (413) 298-3926. |
