Advance Registration – is required for all classes, workshops and field trips.  We recommend registering early to ensure a place in the desired event.  You may register on this website (unless otherwise stated) by phone by calling 413.298.3926, in person by stopping by our administrative offices.

Cancellations:  If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or weather, we will refund  your full registration fee. We will try to contact you in advance using the number you provide on the registration form.  Cancellations will e announced on our answering machine – call 413.298.3926 for updates and info after office hours.

Withdrawals:  To withdraw your registration for a class, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make your space available to others.  If you give us at least 7 days notice prior to the event, we will refund your fee less a $5 administration charge.  Please note:  we cannot offer refunds for withdrawals less than 7 days before a class.
