Grow Show

44th Annual Grow Show

You grow it, we show it!  We welcome all age groups, experience levels and different kinds of plants at our blue ribbon event, The Grow Show.  If you’ve got a flower, vegetable, garden photo, etc. that you are especially proud of this season, bring it by and show it off!

Saturday and Sunday, August 9-10, 2014


At the Education Center at the Berkshire Botanical Garden

Horticulture Entries: Drop off on Saturday, August 9, between 8am-9:45am behind the Education Center

The Show is open to the public: Saturday, August 9 from 12:30-5pm and Sunday, August 10 from 10am-5pm

Show admission is included with Garden admission (check in at the Gift Shop when you arrive)

The Grow Show will feature judged divisions in Horticulture and Photography . Everyone is welcome to participate in the judged shows! Horticulture Awards

1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Honorable Mention ribbons will be awarded in each class.

Award of Merit: May be awarded to a named blue ribbon Horticulture exhibit judged the finest.

Marsha Schulte Award: May be awarded to an outstanding exhibit in Horticulture. Donated by the Berkshire Garden Club in honor of Marsha Schulte.

Susan Delphia Award: May be awarded if merited to a singularly worthy entry in Horticulture or Design (2013: Horticulture). Donated by the Berkshire Garden Club in honor of Susan Delphia.

Best in Show: May be awarded to the Horticulture exhibit judged to be the best.

2013 Awards in Photography

There were a total of 28 entries in the three categories – it was a wonderful collection of photographs celebrating our relationships with our gardens and both wild and cultivated landscapes. Thank you to all the exhibitors for participating!
