Private Functions at the Garden |

Available facilities include the gardens and grounds, plus the Exhibit Hall and Center House. Click here if you are a non-profit organization.

When
Available In general, the grounds and facilities of the Garden are available for meetings and other functions most days and evenings during the off-season November through April. From May through October, our grounds and facilities are available evenings after the Garden closes at 5:00 p.m., and to a limited extent (depending on programs, events and parking limitations) during the day when the Garden is open. |

Parking We can provide parking for a maximum of 50-60 cars after hours and during the off-season November through April, less when the Garden is open. Parking will be in designated areas only |

Regulations We ask that all users treat the gardens, grounds and buildings with care and respect, and that all facilities used be left in the same condition as they were found. In addition, we ask you to comply with the following regulations:

Insurance In using the Berkshire Botanical Garden for purposes of conducting your event, you agree to assume complete financial liability and responsibility for any damage to or loss of property (including plant material) belonging to the Berkshire Botanical Garden, and for any personal injury incurred during or as a result of such use. Toward that end, you agree to obtain, at your own expense and with a company satisfactory to the Botanical Garden, bodily injury and property damage liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 naming the Berkshire Garden Center, Inc. d/b/a Berkshire Botanical Garden as an Additional Insured. If tents or any other equipment or supplies are to be delivered or set up on site in advance of the event, insurance coverage must begin the day such equipment or supplies are delivered and continue in effect until all such equipment and supplies are removed. In addition, if you intend to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, you agree that either you or your caterer will obtain liquor law liability insurance with a minimum limit of $500,000 naming the Berkshire Garden Center, Inc. d/b/a Berkshire Botanical Garden as an Additional Insured. All required certificates of insurance must be presented to the Garden at least seven (7) days before the function. Exceptions to the above insurance requirements may be considered for very small functions not involving alcohol. |
