Meets June 18, 25, and July 2, 5:30 - 7 p.m.

In this three-class series, deepen your home herbal medicine knowledge to build resiliency during these trying times. This series is presented by herbalist Hannah Jacobson-Hardy, founder of Sweet Birch Herbals. Learn simple ways to maintain a strong wellness foundation during these uncertain times with Lyme disease prevention and treatment protocols; ethical foraging, plant identification and recipes; and seasonal allergy support. Kitchen demos are included in each class to prepare you to build your home herbal apothecary. Participants may take individual classes as stand-alones or register for all three at once to receive a discount.
