The Inner Harvest: A Meditation Gathering for the Autumnal Equinox
Berkshire Botanical Garden
Take time to explore your “inner harvest” during autumn — a natural moment for both letting go and gathering in on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 5 to 6 p.m. Join mindfulness facilitator Sandrine Harris for a gently guided experience that includes outdoor walking, quiet sitting and meditative reflection, inviting you to connect deeply with the rhythms of the season and the transitions within your own life.
Sandrine Harris is a trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation facilitator guiding experiences centered in sensing our connection within the natural world. She offers a connective and unfolding process within the Berkshires through regular programs at The Trustees’ properties, Berkshire Natural Resources Council properties, Gould Farm, and the Berkshire Botanical Garden. Sandrine is also a somatic (body-centered) practitioner with a private practice in healing trauma, stress patterns and chronic pain, and guides workshops internationally. Her process is collectively known as Emergent Nature.
