Join outdoor guide Raei Bridges for a day of forest bathing, meditation and community building. Participants will engage in sit-spots, movement practices and creative collaboration with other LGBTQ+/BIPOC folks. Please come prepared for a full day on the land including water, lunch, snacks and extra layers.

Raei Bridges is a wilderness first responder and mindful outdoor guide. He is a student in rite-of-passage-guide training for BIPOC individuals and actively supports bringing more diversity into the field of outdoor recreation. He founded the organization The Rusty Anvil, which serves as a platform for cultural transformation for LGBTQ+ BIPOC individuals through mindful wilderness trips and other nature-based workshops. He is currently an instructor intern with Flying Deer Nature Center and sits as co-chair of the Environmental and Climate Justice Committee with the Berkshire NAACP.
