Music Mondays — The Garden After Hours in Lucy's Topiary Garden
July 19: The Greystone Quartet
Formally the Berkshire Jazz Collective, this group of seasoned musicians play captivating original jazz compositions from the great American Songbook.
Welcome to the “magic hour,” after the gates close to the public, the shadows are long and the Garden takes on the soft, golden hues of high summer. Our Music Monday series of eleven live concerts begins July 12 and continues through September 20th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. featuring favorite performers from the Berkshires as well as headliners from metro Boston.
Bring a picnic, a blanket or lawn chairs, stroll the grounds, dance and be merry as music drifts from Lucy’s Topiary Garden, a collection of 21 “live” sculptures circling a performance area. Refreshments provided by Big Elm Brewing of Sheffield, MA will be available.
Tickets to Music Mondays are $10 for BBG members (not yet a member? Join now!), and $15 for non-members. Advanced reservations are suggested — reserve here!
Music Mondays will take place rain or shine, but in case of severe weather, concerts will be cancelled, and refunds given. In the event of questionable weather, please check the website, berkshirebotanical.org, or call 413 320-4794 for updated information.
