Whether you or someone you love is expecting, food can be one of the best ways to support postpartum recovery and nourish new families. Led by Sandra Antunes, a classically trained French chef and mother of twins, this class will cover a variety of nourishing plant-based meals made up of healthy and healing recipes you can create for yourself or the ones you love. Focusing on postpartum cooking for recovery, lactation enhancing baked goods and infusions. 

 

Sandra Antunes holds a culinary degree from France, where she grew up. She has worked with some of the world’s greatest chefs and now focuses on raising twins and growing her postpartum food delivery business in Southern Berkshire County.
