Spring Equinox Meditation

When:
Saturday, March 28, 2026
Where:

Berkshire Botanical Garden

Join us for Spring Equinox Meditation Gathering, a community meditation gathering guided by mindfulness-in-nature facilitator, Sandrine Harris, celebrating the beginnings of Spring! With the Spring Equinox, we have opportunities to come out of the hibernatory energies of Winter and embrace the budding of seasonal change, and the freshness of new growth. This meditation experience is open to all adults (18+ years), and is a combination of walking outdoors in the gardens (weather-permitting), sitting together indoors, and meaningful conversation. This event happens rain or shine, and footwear for outdoor walking is encouraged.

*No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed to join, and all are welcome!

Sandrine Harris is a trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation facilitator who weaves together practices that nurture our innate connection with the natural world. She guides immersive programs throughout the Berkshires, including at KRIPALU, Naumkeag, Gould Farm, and the Berkshire Botanical Garden. In addition to her nature-based offerings, Sandrine maintains a private somatic practice focused on healing trauma, chronic stress, and pain. Her approach, known as Emergent Nature, supports personal transformation through body-centered awareness and mindful connection.
