Tai Chi in the Garden

The slow, gentle movements of traditional Tai Chi and Qigong (energy cultivation) are extremely effective in managing stress, enhancing health and increasing mental focus, balance and energy. Instructor David Crowe will share several ancient and powerful exercises to help cultivate mind, body and spirit.

David Crowe has been practicing Tai Chi, Qigong and other Chinese Internal Arts for over 30 years. He is a certified lineage instructor of Ch’ang Style Tai Chi Chuan, having studied for many years with Master Eric Sbarge of Charlotte, NC. He also teaches several powerful Qigong forms, and is a certified instructor of Dragon and Tiger Medical Qigong as taught by lineage Master Bruce Frantzis. In 2011 he and his wife Kathy founded Berkshire Tai Chi and teach classes and workshops throughout Berkshire County.
