Berkshire Botanical Garden
The fall season invites a shift in energy and intention, moving from summer’s fullness and towards winter’s slowing. Join BBG’s mindfulness facilitator Sandrine Harris on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 4 to 5 p.m., for a gathering to contemplate and explore the meaning of autumn. No experience needed, and all adults 20-plus years are welcome.
Sandrine Harris is a trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation facilitator with a deep interest in sensing our connection within the natural world. She offers a connective and unfolding process within the Berkshires through regular community programs at The Trustees’ properties, Berkshire Natural Resources Council properties, and the Berkshire Botanical Garden. Sandrine is also a somatic (body-centered) practitioner offering private sessions to process trauma and chronic pain, and workshops/trainings internationally. She is based in the southern Berkshires, and is nourished by meditative experiences outdoors. Her process is collectively known as Emergent Nature.
