Carrie Chen follows in a long line of superb Taiwanese chefs and enjoys demystifying the history and process of making dumplings. She is an owner of the award-winning Barrington B&B in Great Barrington, MA, and the acclaimed Casana T House in Hillsdale, NY, where her recipes for flavorful family-style dishes combining Eastern and Western traditions are always in demand. Carrie is also a professional landscape architect.
