Tasting French wine offers a valuable perspective on the evolution of modern wine. We will taste and talk about five wines from various regions of France, each paired with regional delicacies crafted by Chef Benjamin Daire .

Bonjour/Hello! We are the husband-wife team Benjamin and Mary Daire, owners and operators of Dare Bottleshop & Provisions, in Lenox, Mass. Time flies. Our wine selection is rooted in organically farmed grapes, small-production low-intervention wines made with love for taste and the environment by independent winemakers around the world. Our craft beers and ciders are sourced from brewers and farmers in the Northeast. We are a place where dinner, party and gifting provisions thrive!
